  • ACE Online Tuition covers core subjects including English, Maths, and Sciences (Biology, Chemistry, Physics), as well as specialised 11+ exam preparation. Our sessions can also support skill-building in study techniques and homework completion.

  • We offer tailored tutoring for students from Key Stage 1 through to GCSE level. Whether your child is just starting their academic journey, aiming for GCSE success, or preparing for selective school entry, our personalised tuition is designed to meet their unique needs and goals.

  • Each tutoring session with ACE Online Tuition is 1 hour and 15 minutes. This allows time for thorough exploration of each topic and offers students time to ask questions and review challenging material.

  • Yes! ACE Online Tuition provides flexible scheduling options to suit busy families. Our sessions are available after school and on weekends.

  • Our standard rate is £35 per session, billed monthly. ACE Online Tuition also offers packages and family discounts for multiple siblings to help make tutoring more affordable.

  • Yes! We provide the first lesson free for new sign-ups, and if you refer someone to ACE Online Tuition, you can receive 20% off your next two months.

  • Payments are made in advance for each month to secure your spot. If a payment is missed, sessions may be paused until the account is up to date.

  • A laptop or tablet with a stable internet connection is ideal for online tutoring. Our platform works in most web browsers, and we’ll provide simple instructions to help you get started.

  • Our online classroom is secure, with data protection and privacy protocols in place to ensure a safe learning environment for students. We use reliable technology for video and interactive sessions, ensuring a smooth experience every time.

  • If you experience technical difficulties, you can contact our support team for assistance. If a session is significantly interrupted, we will work with you to reschedule the lesson.
